For your exclusive use, there is a large raised deck with hardwood furniture overlooking the garden. The apartment is an ideal retreat for those seeking privacy and seclusion, with the benefits of serviced accommodation. You will have your own key to come and go as you wish. Breakfast to be chosen from a menu and served in the dining room of the main house to include local sausages, bacon and eggs. We are situated 4 miles from Dartmoor National Park and 12 miles from the Cathedral city of Exeter. Yeoford station is within half mile where you can take the train to either Barnstaple in one direction or Exeter and Exmouth in th other direction, should you wish to leave your car behind for the day. We have a local pub/restaurant within walking distance or a choice of other pubs or restaurants a few miles away. Plenty of off road parking.
